On July 4th, 1983, Michael Myers, a restaurant equipment purveyor turned espresso lover, started Michaelo Espresso by importing, selling, and servicing a line of Italian-made espresso machines in the greater Seattle area. Within 10 years of starting his dream venture, Myers and his growing company had established a nation wide network of sales and customer support, with machines and trained service agents in all 50 states

In 25 years of business, Michaelo Espresso has been a leader in espresso equipment throughout the development of the specialty coffee industry, which was virtually unknown at the time of the company’s founding.  Despite the changes in the market, Myers’ company has survived and thrived due to its singular commitment to customer service.

“I decided long ago that I needed to represent manufactures that could offer us exactly what we needed to stand behind their products,” Myers explains.
